Its front-breathing refrigeration system allows you to place the unit flush against a wall or inline with other equipment without compromising cooling performance. The Mighty Top keeps your ingredients chilled and readily accessible, ensuring your prep station operates at peak efficiency.
Key Features:
- The front-breather design saves space by not requiring any clearance at the rear or sides.
- Includes (12) 1/6-size x 4" deep recessed pans that maintain a temperature range of 33-41°F.
- Features four heavy-duty stainless steel drawers with polished chrome handles.
- Each drawer can hold either: - (1) 12" × 18" × 6" pan, or - (1) 1/2-size × 6" plus (1) 1/3-size × 6" pans (drawer pans supplied by others).
