Cres Cor 1000CHAL2DX Specialty Cook-N-Hold cabinet is a mobile, two-compartment radiant oven with insulated construction, stainless steel interior, and durable aluminum exterior. It holds 16 full-size (18" x 26") pans on 3" centers or 6 wire grids. The oven features deluxe LED controls with 18 programmable menus, food probe cooking (6" probe included), cook & hold cycles, field-reversible magnetic antimicrobial latches, and four 5" swivel casters (two braked). This commercial-grade oven is cCSAus/CSA certified for reliable high-volume foodservice performance.
