Product Description
The Cres Cor Cook-N-Hold 1000CHSKSPLITDX Low Temp Smoker Cabinet is a mobile, half-height insulated oven designed for consistent smoking and holding. It can accommodate eight 18" x 26" pans on 3" centers, with three stainless steel wire grids, a stainless steel interior and exterior, a vented chip box, and an anti-microbial latch. The cabinet features deluxe LED controls with 18 programmable menus, a food probe cooking option (6" probe included), a field-reversible door, and four 5" casters for easy mobility. It is cCSAus/CSA listed for use in commercial kitchens.
