Product Description
The Cres Cor 1000CHSS2DE Cook-N-Hold cabinet is a mobile, two-compartment radiant oven designed for high-volume kitchens and catering operations. It features an insulated stainless steel interior and exterior, and can hold up to 16 standard 18" x 26" pans or 6 wire grids. The oven's solid-state electronic controls include a LED digital display, cook and hold cycles, and field-reversible anti-microbial doors with magnetic latches. Four 5" swivel casters, two of which are braked, provide easy mobility. The oven is cCSAus/CSA certified for commercial use.
