Cres Cor 1000CHSSSPLITDE Cook-N-Hold mobile cabinet is a half-size radiant insulated unit designed for foodservice. It holds eight 18" x 26" pans on 3" centers with three wire grids. The cabinet features solid-state electronic control, LED digital display, cook and hold cycles, field-reversible antimicrobial magnetic latches, and stainless steel interior and exterior. It is mobile on 5" swivel casters, with two braked, and is certified cCSAus/CSA for reliable, high-volume warming and holding.
