Product Description
The Cres Cor 1000CHSSSPLITSTKDX Specialty Oven is a heavy-duty, mobile cook-and-hold unit with a stainless steel interior and exterior. Its insulated construction and field-reversible doors allow it to hold up to 16 standard 18" x 26" angle pans or 6 wire grids on 3" centers. Dual thermostats provide precise cooking temperatures from 140°F to 325°F, and holding temperatures from 140°F to 200°F. Deluxe LED controls feature 18 programmable menus and a 6" food probe for accurate cooking. Anti-microbial magnetic latches and 5" swivel casters, with 2 braked, make this oven ideal for high-volume kitchens, catering, and other foodservice operations.
