Product Description
Cres Cor 1000HHSS2DX Heated Cabinet is a heavy-duty mobile holding cabinet designed for reliable hot-holding performance. It features two insulated compartments and a top-mount radiant heater, capable of holding up to 16 pans (18" x 26" or 12" x 20") on 2-3/4" centers. The cabinet boasts dual independent digital solid-state controls with LED displays, field-reversible Dutch doors, antimicrobial magnetic latches, and stainless steel construction. Mounted on four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking, the cabinet provides easy mobility. It is CSA-Sanitation and cCSAus certified, making it an ideal choice for restaurants, catering, and institutional kitchens.
