Product Description
The Cres Cor 1200CHSS2DE Cook-N-Hold mobile cabinet is a durable stainless-steel radiant oven with two insulated compartments, secure field-reversible doors, and antimicrobial magnetic latches. It can hold up to sixteen 18" x 26" angle pans or six wire grids, with solid-state electronic controls, an LED digital display, and cook-and-hold cycles. The cabinet rolls easily on four 5" swivel casters, two of which are braked, and is cCSAus/CSA listed for use in commercial kitchens.
