It can accommodate up to 16 standard 18" x 26" pans or 6 wire grids, and features deluxe LED controls with 18 programmable menus, food probe cooking (6" probe included), cook & hold cycles, field-reversible antimicrobial magnetic latches, and heavy-duty 5" swivel casters (2 braked). This cCSAus/CSA certified commercial solution ensures consistent cooking and safe hot-holding.
