Product Description
The Cres Cor 1200HHSS2DX is a heavy-duty, mobile heated holding cabinet designed for commercial kitchens. It features a stainless steel, insulated two-compartment design with a top-mount radiant heater. The cabinet can hold up to (16) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" pans, with adjustable pan slides and field-reversible Dutch doors. It has magnetic anti-microbial latches and dual independent solid-state electronic controls with LED displays. The cabinet is mounted on four 5" swivel casters, two of which lock, and is CSA-Sanitation and cCSAus certified for reliable hot-holding performance. This makes the Cres Cor 1200HHSS2DX ideal for catering, banquet, and high-volume foodservice operations.
