Product Description
The Cres Cor 500CHALDE Cook-N-Hold under-counter radiant cabinet offers precise cooking and holding capabilities in a compact, durable aluminum design. It can accommodate up to (5) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" or (3) 12" x 20" x 4" pans with 1-3/8" slide centers. The cabinet features solid-state electronic controls with an LED display, cook and hold cycles, a 6" probe, field-reversible doors, anti-microbial magnetic latches, an external drip pan, and swivel casters (2 braked). It is cCSAus/CSA certified for reliable performance in busy foodservice environments.
