The Cres Cor 500CHALDX Cook-N-Hold under-counter cabinet oven features a radiant, insulated design with deluxe LED controls and 18 programmable menus for precise cook and hold cycles. It can accommodate up to (5) 12" x 20" x 2.5" or (3) 12" x 20" x 4" pans on 1-3/8" centers, and includes a 6" food probe, field-reversible magnetic anti-microbial latches, an external drip pan, and durable aluminum construction on 3" swivel casters (2 braked). This cCSAus/CSA certified commercial specialty oven is ideal for high-volume kitchens and catering operations.
