The Cres Cor 500CHSSDE Cook-N-Hold under-counter cabinet oven combines radiant heat and insulated stainless-steel construction to precisely cook and hold products. It is available in capacities for either (5) 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans or (3) 12" x 20" x 4" pans. The oven features solid-state electronic controls with an LED digital display, cook and hold cycles, field-reversible doors, antimicrobial magnetic latches, an external drip pan, and durable 3" swivel casters (2 braked). The oven is cCSAus/CSA listed for commercial kitchens.
