Product Description
The Cres Cor 750CHSSDX Cook-N-Hold Cabinet is a mobile, under-counter radiant oven with insulated stainless-steel construction. It holds up to 10 pans of 12" x 20" x 2.5" or 6 pans of 12" x 20" x 4" on 1-3/8" centers. The cabinet features deluxe LED controls with 18 programmable menus, food probe cooking (3" probe included), a reversible door, cook and hold cycles, anti-microbial latches, and four 3.5" swivel casters (two braked). It is cCSAus/CSA certified, making it ideal for efficient and sanitary warming and holding in busy commercial kitchens.
