The Cres Cor 767CHSKDE Specialty Cook/Hold Cabinet is a versatile and mobile smoker and holding cabinet designed for commercial kitchens. It features an insulated stainless steel interior and exterior, a field-reversible door, removable pan slides with 11 positions, three stainless wire grids, and a vented chip box. The cabinet is equipped with a solid-state electronic control panel with an LED display, offering both cook and hold cycles. It also includes an anti-microbial latch and is easily maneuverable on four 3-1/2" swivel casters, two of which are braked.
