Product Description
The Cook-N-Hold Cabinet is a mobile, AquaTemp™ convection oven with a top-mounted power unit and solid state process controls. It features a pass-through design and includes 12 sets of universal slides, adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, as well as 6 chrome-plated wire grids. The cabinet's interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, and it has anti-microbial latches. The Cook-N-Hold Cabinet comes with standard controls and is cCSAus and CSA certified.
