Product Description
The Cook-N-Hold Cabinet is a mobile, stacked, half-size convection oven with a top-mounted power unit and solid state process controls. It features channel pan slides spaced 3 inches apart, allowing it to hold up to 9 full-size bun pans per compartment. Each compartment also includes 3 chrome-plated wire grids. The cabinet has anti-microbial latches and a stainless steel interior and exterior. It comes with standard controls and is cCSAus and CSA certified.
