Product Description
The Cook-N-Hold Cabinet is a mobile, undercounter convection oven with a top-mounted power unit. It features deluxe LED oven controls, including 18 programmable menu options and a food probe for precise cooking. The oven can accommodate up to 5 standard 18" x 26" pans, with adjustable rack positions on 3-inch centers. It includes a nickel-chrome plated steel grid, anti-microbial latches, and a stainless steel construction. The cabinet is mounted on 2-1/2" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for easy mobility and secure positioning.
