Product Description
The Cook-N-Hold Cabinet is a mobile, undercounter convection oven with a top-mounted power unit. It features solid state process controls and can accommodate up to five 18" x 26" pans, with the shelves adjustable on 1-1/2" centers. The cabinet is equipped with two nickel chrome plated steel grids, anti-microbial latches, and a stainless steel interior and exterior. It rests on 2-1/2" swivel casters, two of which have brakes, and is CSA and cCSAus certified.
