Product Description
The Cook-N-Hold Cabinet is a versatile, mobile undercounter convection oven with a top-mounted power unit. It features deluxe LED oven controls with 18 programmable menu options, a food probe cooking function with a 6-inch probe, and a capacity for up to five 18-inch by 26-inch pans. The oven shelves are adjustable on 1.5-inch centers and include two nickel-chrome plated steel grids. The cabinet's anti-microbial latches, stainless steel interior and exterior, and 2.5-inch swivel casters (two with brakes) provide durability and easy mobility. The product is CSA and cCSAus certified.
