Product Description
The Cook-N-Hold Cabinet is a versatile, mobile undercounter convection oven with a top-mounted power unit. It features pre-set automatic controls for easy operation, and can accommodate up to five sets of universal slides adjustable on 1-1/2" centers. The cabinet is equipped with two nickel chrome plated steel grids and anti-microbial latches, all constructed with durable stainless steel. It sits on 2-1/2" swivel casters, two of which have brakes, and is certified by CSA for safety.
