The Cres Cor H135SUA11 mobile heated cabinet features durable stainless-steel construction with an insulated single compartment, a bottom-mount heater, and an analog thermometer to maintain safe holding temperatures. It has field-reversible Dutch doors, recessed push/pull handles, anti-microbial latches, 11 sets of chrome-plated adjustable universal angle slides, and four 5" swivel casters (2 braked) for easy transport. The cabinet is CSA-Sanitation and cCSAus certified, making it ideal for commercial kitchens and catering operations.
