Product Description
The Cres Cor H135WSUA11R mobile heated cabinet keeps food hot, moist, and ready to serve. This insulated, stainless steel and aluminum cabinet features humidity control, a bottom-mount heater, and an analog thermometer. It also has anti-microbial latches and 11 universal wire slides on adjustable centers. With field-reversible red Dutch doors, recessed handles, an integral drip trough, and four swivel casters (two braked), the cabinet is easy to maneuver and clean. It is CSA-Sanitation and cCSAus certified for use in commercial kitchens.
