Product Description
The Cres Cor H137UA9DZ is a heavy-duty, insulated aluminum mobile heated cabinet designed for secure hot food transport and holding in correctional and institutional kitchens. It features a top-mounted 1500W heater, solid-state electronic control, and LED display for precise temperature management. The cabinet's nine universal angle slides accommodate a variety of pan sizes, while recessed push/pull handles, a locking security panel, self-closing door with key lock, and transport latch ensure safe and secure operation. Four 5" swivel casters, two of which are braked, provide easy mobility. The unit is NSF- and cCSAus-listed, operating on 120V for reliable performance.
