Product Description
The Cres Cor H138PWS1834D AquaTemp Heated Cabinet is a mobile, pass-through heated holding cabinet designed to keep food moist and at safe serving temperatures. Its durable stainless steel construction features a top-mounted heater, digital solid-state controls, recessed push/pull handles, field-reversible Dutch doors, antimicrobial magnetic latches, and channel pan slides to accommodate 32 standard 18" x 26" pans. The cabinet is NSF and cCSAus listed, and it rides on 5" swivel casters, two of which are braked, for reliable, restaurant-grade performance.
