Cres Cor H33912188C mobile heated cabinet is a half-height insulated holding cabinet designed for efficient, sanitary hot food transport. The cabinet features an aluminum interior and exterior, with channel pan slides spaced 1-1/2" apart to hold up to 8 standard-sized pans. For reliable performance, it includes anti-microbial latches, an analog thermometer, and heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which are braked. This cabinet is cCSAus/CSA certified for safety and quality.
