With its half-height insulated aluminum construction, it can accommodate pans ranging from 12" x 20" to 18" x 26" in size, allowing you to store up to 8 pans at a time. For added convenience, the cabinet features anti-microbial latches, an analog thermometer, and four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for secure mobility. This commercial warming solution is cCSAus/CSA certified, ensuring it meets the highest safety standards for foodservice operations.
