Product Description

The Delfield E-Chef™ 60-inch hot food table is designed for production lines, buffets, and high-volume catered events. It features four 12" x 20" sealed wells that maintain safe serving temperatures for your food. The unit also includes an on-board faucet and drains for convenient food prep and cleanup. Built with a rugged stainless steel construction, the hot food table rides on heavy-duty casters for easy mobility.

Features:

  • The unit has four 11.87" x 19.87" sealed stainless steel wells, each with its own 1000 W heating element and infinite control.
  • The integrated 1/2" drains connect to a factory-manifolded common gate valve for quick and mess-free clean-out.
  • The field-installed fill faucet can be mounted on the left or right side (pre-punched holes and chrome plugs are included).
  • An 8" white polyethylene cutting board spans the full length of the unit for convenient plating or garnishing.
  • The open base design includes a 7" stainless steel plate shelf at the front and a full-length bottom shelf with a 3" rear riser, which is ideal for tray storage.
  • The one-piece heavy-gauge stainless steel top and clad sides are durable and can withstand daily use and harsh cleaners.
  • The unit has four swivel casters, with the front two being locking, for effortless mobility to reconfigure the service line or for cleaning.
  • The unit ships with a factory-installed cord and NEMA 6-30P plug, so no hard-wiring is required.
  • The unit is cULus and NSF listed for sanitation and electrical safety.

  • The cutting board is made of a heat-resistant composite material.
  • It has 1 or 2 upper shelves that can be used to hold plate warmers, spices, or disposable items.
  • It has a stainless steel rear splash guard to protect the counter.
  • Each well has its own individual gate valve, allowing you to drain them selectively.
  • It has edge protectors along the counter to safeguard any decorative woodwork.
