Product Description
The Delfield F2952CP is a versatile equipment stand that combines a heavy-duty design with high-performance refrigeration. It features two full-extension drawers to keep your most-used ingredients ice-cold right where you need them, making it the ideal base for grills, griddles, or charbroilers. With a 115V plug-in, this self-contained unit provides convenient refrigerated storage and doubles as a practical work station.
Key benefits:
- The stainless steel top has an 18-gauge thickness and a full-perimeter marine (non-spill) edge. This protects the floors and the operators from any spills.
- The drawer system is a Full Extension Plus, which means it can fully extend out. The interior is entirely made of stainless steel, and it has an integral cage for extreme durability.
- It can hold up to 4 hotel pans that are 12 inches by 20 inches by 4 inches in size (pans not included).
- The stay-shut tracks have self-lubricating Delrin rollers, so no grease is needed to maintain them.
