Duke Manufacturing's 613-G4XX gas convection double-deck oven boasts a heavy-duty, deep-depth design with 65/35 dependent stainless doors (one window), porcelain interior, and 8" stainless legs. The oven features solid state controls (200°–500°F), a 12-hour digital timer, cook & hold, pulse and 2-speed fan modes, and six racks per deck with 13 rack positions each. This oven is NSF- and CSA-certified for commercial kitchens, making it ideal for high-volume baking and roasting.
