Everest Refrigeration EPBSR2 Mega-Top Sandwich Prep Table is a durable 35-5/8" two-section refrigerated prep station with 10.0 cu. ft. capacity. It features a stainless steel top with openings for twelve 1/6-size pans, an insulated 1/2" top lid, a removable cutting board, two self-closing doors, adjustable shelving, digital LED controls with auto-defrost, and front air-breathing refrigeration using efficient R290 refrigerant. This prep table is NSF- and ETL-listed, with heavy-duty construction and 5" swivel casters (2 locking), making it ideal for busy restaurants, delis, and catering operations.
