Performance & Convenience:
- Each deck has independent controls with 3-heat switches to precisely balance the top and bottom heating elements.
- The wide temperature range of 200 °F – 550 °F (93 °C – 288 °C) allows you to handle delicate pastries as well as searing roasts.
- Every deck has a one-hour mechanical timer, so you can set it and walk away without overcooking your food.
- Tubular heating elements above and below the hearth provide even, edge-to-edge heat distribution.
- The balanced, full-width doors open level with the deck, making it easy to load and unload your food.
