Product Description

Featuring two 8-inch bake decks and a 12-inch roast deck, this high-powered 18.6 kW unit delivers authentic hearth-baked results for your bakery, pizzeria, or high-volume kitchen. Consistent, crispy crusts come from the bake decks, while the taller roast deck handles everything from proteins to sheet-pan meals, all in a space-saving footprint. Performance & Convenience:

  • Each deck has independent controls with 3-heat switches to precisely balance the top and bottom heating elements.
  • The wide temperature range of 200 °F – 550 °F (93 °C – 288 °C) allows you to handle delicate pastries as well as searing roasts.
  • Every deck has a one-hour mechanical timer, so you can set it and walk away without overcooking your food.
  • Tubular heating elements above and below the hearth provide even, edge-to-edge heat distribution.
  • The balanced, full-width doors open level with the deck, making it easy to load and unload your food.
  • The front-serviceable controls stay outside the heat zone, reducing downtime and service costs.

True Hearth Baking:

  • The baking decks are made of 3/4" (19 mm) Hearthite stone, which helps create an artisan-style crust and retains heat well.
  • The roast deck is made of rugged 12-gauge steel and has a removable intermediate shelf, allowing for more flexibility in cooking multiple pans at once.
  • The interior footprint of each deck is generous, measuring 39" W × 28 1/4" D.
