Garland's triple-deck electric roast oven offers high-capacity baking and roasting capabilities in a compact footprint. With three independently controlled decks, this oven provides the flexibility and throughput required in today's busy kitchens. Constructed with a durable stainless-steel cabinet, this oven is designed to boost production without taking up valuable floor space. However, it is not intended for overnight holding.
