The Garland Master Series M60XR is a powerful and versatile gas cooking appliance designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. It features a 120,000 BTU gas ceramic deck with an upper finishing oven and a standard oven base, all in a compact vertical configuration to maximize workspace. This integrated solution combines an intense ceramic broiler for searing steaks, a rapid finishing oven for quick preparation, and a full-size oven base, making it an ideal choice for steakhouses, banquet facilities, and institutional kitchens.
Features:
- The unit has two large cast-iron multi-jet burners that deliver 80,000 BTU directly to a ceramic radiant deck, providing instant and even searing.
- The upper finishing oven has a porcelain interior, making it perfect for glazing, melting, or browning tasks.
- The standard oven base (40,000 BTU NG / 35,000 BTU LP) has a fully porcelainized cavity, ensuring reliable baking, roasting, or holding.
- The 5-position, 24" × 22" (610 × 559 mm) broiler rack with removable grid handles can accommodate steaks, chops, or sheet pans.
- The oven features Piezo spark ignition, eliminating the need for standing pilots and reducing energy waste.

- The appliance is field convertible for Natural or Propane gas and is NSF & CSA certified for your peace of mind.
