The 150-500 degree Fahrenheit temperature range and Cook'n'Hold feature make this oven perfect for a wide variety of cooking tasks. The 2-speed convection fan offers high and low settings and has a 5/8 hp fan motor. Within the cavity, the oven offers a total output of 10.4 kW for powerful cooking. This oven is made with durable stainless steel on the front, sides, top, and legs, and has a durable porcelain enameled interior with coved corners to make cleaning as easy as possible. The 24" high cooking cavity has a 13-position rack guide and comes with 6 chrome-plated oven racks that you can move up and down as needed. For easy access, this oven has a 60/40 dependent door design. Double pane thermal glass windows in each door let your staff keep an eye on the cooking process without the need to open the door. Interior LED lighting illuminates the cavity too. The patented safety door system helps to ensure safe use in your kitchen while the full length positive door closure helps to keep heat inside the oven where it belongs. This model requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation and provides an output of 10.4 kW.
