The Signature Summit Series Model SUMG-200 is a powerful commercial-grade appliance designed for high-output, precision kitchens. With a total output of 106,000 BTU, this unit stacks two full-size convection ovens into a single, durable footprint. Garland's renowned bake quality is combined with doubled production capacity, making this model ideal for busy, high-volume cooking environments.

  • There are (10) chrome-plated racks (5 per deck) on 13-position guides, allowing you to load full-size sheet pans left-to-right.
