Product Description
The KM-1301SAJ-E ice machine, built on the powerful KMEdge™ platform, produces more ice with fewer cycles, resulting in lower energy costs and exceptional reliability. Its dual-sided stainless steel evaporator freezes the cleanest water, rinsing away impurities to create Hoshizaki's signature crystal-clear crescent cubes that flow freely, displace more liquid, and last longer in the glass. This 50 Hz, air-cooled, self-contained unit measures 48" wide.

- This ice machine can produce up to 624 kg of ice every 24 hours when the air temperature is 21°C and the water temperature is 10°C.
- When the air temperature is 32°C and the water temperature is 21°C, the machine is AHRI Certified to produce 501 kg of ice per day.
- The energy-saving CycleSaver™ design produces the same amount of ice while running fewer cycles, saving energy.
- The exclusive dual-sided stainless steel evaporator resists mineral buildup, extending the machine's service life.

Installation Notes:
- Make sure there is at least 150 mm (6 inches) of clearance at the rear, sides, and top of the unit to allow for proper ventilation and maintenance.
- Connect the water supply using a 10 mm outer diameter copper pipe (or equivalent) for the cold water line.
- Install a 18 mm outer diameter hard pipe for the gravity drain.
- The unit is shipped without a power cord, so it must be hard-wired by a qualified electrician (use a GFCI breaker when required).
Optional Bins & Accessories:
- You can use compatible ice bins: B-800, B-900, B-1150SS, B-1300SS, B-1500SS, B-1650SS. You may need a bin top kit for these.
- There is a HS-5252 stainless steel tamper-proof front panel kit available for high-security installations.
- Hoshizaki offers water filtration systems and the EcO Ice3 ozone sanitation device to ensure superior ice quality.
