The Hoshizaki UF27B Steelheart is a heavy-duty, undercounter freezer designed for commercial kitchens. With a 27-inch reach-in depth and 7.21 cubic feet of capacity, this freezer features a stainless steel interior, front, sides, and top for durability. It boasts a self-contained rear refrigeration system that uses energy-efficient R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes a hot gas condensate removal system. The freezer has a single solid hinged door, an adjustable shelf, and 4-inch casters (2 locking) for easy mobility.
