The Imperial Range Pro Series IR-2-G24T-E-C 36" electric range with 2 round plates, 24" griddle, and convection oven is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! This unit's 24" griddle top is designed with a highly polished, 1/2" thick steel plate surface, making it perfect for cooking a variety of foods from pancakes and eggs to grilled cheese and even burgers! Heating elements are positioned across the griddle section, keeping the temperature even and consistent. The steel construction also provides the unit with excellent heat retention and quick recovery. Plus, this unit features a 3" wide grease trough and large, removable grease can for easy cleaning. With 2 solid 9" round plates, this unit allows you to cook two stock pots or fry pans full of product at the same time. Each solid, 2 kW plate heats quickly and evenly, and has a flat surface that makes it much easier to clean than traditional ranges with coil-style burners. Plus, the wide 9" diameter allows for maximum pan contact. The plates are also operated by infinite controls, which offer versatility when cooking various products. This unit includes a convection oven with three chrome oven racks and a 1/4 hp blower motor that allows the fan to evenly distribute heat throughout the oven cavity to quickly cook food without drying it out. The fan will shut off automatically when the door is opened, and a three-position switch offers cooking and cooldown options. The oven has a 5.3 kW output and a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning, as well as a porcelainized, stamped, inner door liner for excellent heat retention. Standard 18" x 26" sheet pans will fit in this oven in a side-to-side position. Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. The large, 5" landing edge also offers ample space for convenient plating.
