Product Description

The John Boos Pro-Bowl 3-compartment sink is built for demanding food-service operations. It combines rugged 16-gauge Type 300 stainless steel construction, smart ergonomics, and industry-leading sanitation approvals to keep your dishroom running smoothly shift after shift. With proper routine care, the Pro-Bowl sink will maintain its like-new look and performance for years.

Key Features:

  • The sink is made of 16-gauge Type 300 stainless steel with a #4 satin polish, which resists corrosion and is easy to clean.
  • It has three spacious bowls, each measuring 24" wide, 24" front to back, and 14" deep, ideal for wash, rinse, and sanitize workflows.
  • The 10" boxed backsplash has a 45-degree top and a 2" return, which keeps the walls dry, and the rear lip is turned down 3/4" for a snug fit.
  • There are two sets of splash-mount faucet holes on 8" centers, which can accommodate pre-rinse and fill faucets.
  • The 3-1/2" die-stamped drain openings fit standard basket strainers or lever wastes.
  • The coved 5/8" bowl corners and bull-nosed edges eliminate grime-trapping seams.
  • The 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel legs with adjustable front and side bracing provide rock-solid stability.
  • The 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet allow the sink to be leveled on uneven floors.

Optional Accessories (sold separately):

  • Pre-rinse units and add-a-faucets: These are additional faucets or spray units that can be installed alongside your main sink faucet.
  • Left, right, or double end-splashes: These are panels that attach to the sides of the sink to prevent water from splashing out.
  • Lever waste and basket strainers: Lever waste is a type of sink drain that can be easily opened and closed. Basket strainers are removable filters that catch food particles and debris in the sink.
  • Stainless overshelves and pot racks: These are additional storage accessories that can be installed above the sink area to hold dishes, pots, pans, or other kitchen items.

Care & Maintenance:

  • Clean the surface daily using a non-chloride stainless steel cleaner, such as Bar Keepers Friend. This helps maintain the protective coating on the stainless steel.
  • Avoid using steel wool, wire brushes, or chlorine bleach, as these can damage the protective film on the stainless steel.
  • Rinse and dry the surface after each use to prevent water spots and corrosion.
  • Use John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner periodically to restore the original satin-like finish.
