Product Description

The John Boos Pro-Bowl 4-compartment sink is engineered to withstand the rigors of busy commercial kitchens. Crafted with 14-gauge Type 300 stainless steel, this sink offers unparalleled durability and a spacious work area. Approved by both NSF and CSA for sanitation, the Pro-Bowl sink ensures code compliance and safe food preparation. Shipped in a knocked-down configuration for economical transport, the sink requires basic tools for straightforward on-site assembly.

Features:

  • The sink has four bowls that are 20 inches wide, 20 inches deep, and 12 inches deep. These bowls help speed up the rinsing, washing, sanitizing, and soaking cycles.
  • There are two 30-inch drainboards, one on the left and one on the right, that keep racks and sheet pans organized and off the counter.
  • The sink is made of heavy-duty, 14-gauge Type 300 stainless steel with a #4 satin polish, making it durable and able to withstand constant use.
  • The full-length, 10-inch boxed backsplash has a 2-inch, 45-degree return, which helps contain splashes and meets health codes.
