Product Description

The John Boos Pro-Bowl series is engineered for the busiest commercial kitchens, delivering the strength, sanitation, and workflow efficiency that food-service professionals demand. This extra-long, four-compartment model measures 143-1/4" W x 25-1/2" D and pairs generous 30-inch drainboards on both sides with rugged 16-gauge, type 300 stainless steel construction to keep prep and dish stations running smoothly shift after shift.

  • The sink has 4 separate bowls, each measuring 20 inches wide, 20 inches front-to-back, and 12 inches deep, providing versatile options for warewashing and food preparation.
  • There are 2 drainboards, one on the left and one on the right, each measuring 30 inches wide, to speed up drying and staging of dishes.
  • The sink is made of heavy-duty 16-gauge type 300 stainless steel, with a satin polish finish on the top, bowls, and apron.
  • The 10-inch high boxed backsplash has a 45-degree top and 2-inch return, protecting the walls and containing any splashes.
