Edge-Grain Hard Rock Maple wood top provides a durable, long-lasting work surface. Stainless Steel base offers a sturdy, corrosion-resistant foundation. 8-Pan Capacity provides ample storage space for commercial baking and catering needs. Compact 48-inch footprint fits seamlessly into busy kitchens. Maple top ships pre-oiled and should be maintained with food-safe mineral oil or Boos Block® Mystery Oil to prevent drying and cracking. Stainless steel components can be cleaned with a non-chloride stainless cleanser, then rinsed and wiped dry.
