The John Boos BAK04 is designed for the demands of commercial bakeries, cafés, and test kitchens. Its 1-3/4" thick edge-grain maple top can withstand heavy use, while the three-sided 4" coved riser helps keep flour and dough contained. The integrated stainless steel bun pan rack can hold up to 8 full-size bun pans, keeping them easily accessible. Locking casters allow for convenient mobility and flexibility in the workspace.
