  • The work surface is 1-3/4 inches thick and made of edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple, which is durable, gentle on knives, and easy to refinish.
  • The food-safe penetrating oil finish can be upgraded to a Varnique clear coat upon request.
  • The 4-inch coved maple riser on the back and both ends contains flour and prevents tools from rolling off.
  • The fixed 18-gauge Type 300 stainless steel undershelf is mounted 12 inches above the floor, providing extra storage space.
  • The stainless steel bun pan rack can hold up to eight full-size 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans.
  • The 1-5/8-inch diameter tubular stainless steel legs are reinforced with welded gussets, ensuring superior rigidity.
