The BTNS04 work surface is crafted from 1-3/4 inch thick Northern Hard Rock Maple, renowned for its exceptional durability and stain-resistant qualities. The sturdy stainless steel base features three spacious drawers, providing ample storage for your essential kitchen tools and equipment. Key Benefits:
- The maple top is 1-3/4 inches thick and made of premium edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple, which absorbs impact, resists deep cuts, and can be resurfaced for decades of use.
- The food-safe penetrating oil finish seals and nourishes the wood while keeping the surface fully repairable. (Varnique finish available on request.)
- The heavy-duty stainless steel base is TIG-welded Type 300 stainless with a #4 satin polish, matching commercial equipment and wiping clean quickly.

Care & Maintenance:
- Regularly oil the wood top with Boos Block® Mystery Oil, about once a month or whenever it starts to look dry. Then, seal it with Boos Board Cream to provide lasting moisture protection.
- Clean the stainless steel base with non-chloride, non-abrasive cleaners like Bar Keepers Friend and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry the base to preserve the protective chromium film.
- Avoid leaving standing water or exposing either the wood top or stainless steel base to harsh chemicals for extended periods.
