Engineered for the demands of commercial kitchens yet stylish enough for the dining room, the John Boos DNB02 offers a durable, sanitary prep surface trusted by culinary professionals since 1887. Crafted from sturdy, natural maple, this NSF-certified table provides a stable work area for kneading dough, plating desserts, and other culinary tasks. Customizable options are available, including alternate finishes, sizes, and accessories.

Features:

  • The table is made of 1-3/4 inch thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple, known for its strength and knife-friendly surface.
  • The table comes factory-finished with a food-safe penetrating oil, ready for immediate use. A varnish finish (Varnique) is also available.
  • The table has a 4-inch coved riser on the back and both ends, which keeps ingredients, tools, and debris on the table instead of falling to the floor.
  • The table has heavy-duty 16-gauge galvanized steel legs with adjustable side and rear tubular bracing for stability.
  • The table has 1-inch adjustable galvanized bullet feet that allow you to level the table on uneven floors.
  • The standard working height is 35-1/4 inches, and the adjustable feet allow you to fine-tune the height for perfect ergonomics.
  • The table ships in a knocked-down (KD) format, which reduces freight costs and allows the table to fit through narrow doorways.
