Its edge-grain maple surface provides the ideal dough-friendly "baker's top," while a 4" coved riser keeps ingredients and utensils conveniently within reach. Care Tips:

  • Clean the surface by gently wiping it with a soft cloth and mild soap and warm water. Avoid letting it sit in water for too long.

  • If you want a low-maintenance, spill-resistant surface, consider upgrading to the factory-applied Varnique conversion varnish.
