The John Boos DNB05 offers a spacious and durable work surface for your kitchen, bakery, or fabrication area. Crafted from 1-3/4 inch thick Northern Hard Rock Maple, the edge-grain surface provides an expansive, sturdy workspace. The heavy-duty galvanized base and bracing provide a rock-solid foundation, and the knockdown design allows for easy assembly and lower shipping costs. This NSF-listed prep table is the perfect addition to maximize your workspace.
Key Features:
- The work surface is 96 inches wide and 24 inches deep, which can accommodate full sheet pans and large mixers.
- The 1-3/4 inch thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple top is exceptionally durable and naturally antimicrobial.
- The 4-inch coved riser on the back and both ends keeps ingredients and tools on the table, preventing them from falling to the floor.
- The food-safe penetrating oil finish is easy to maintain using Boos Block® Mystery Oil or Board Cream.
- The 16-gauge galvanized steel legs have side and rear adjustable tubular bracing for added rigidity.
- The 1-inch galvanized bullet feet can be adjusted individually to level the table on uneven floors.
- The table ships in a knocked-down (KD) configuration for economical shipping, and all hardware is included for fast bolt-together setup.
- The table is NSF Listed, which means it complies with commercial food-service environment requirements.
Optional Accessories:
- You can choose a stainless steel or galvanized steel drawer, which can be equipped with an optional key lock.
- A heavy-duty caster kit is available to make the unit more mobile.
