The John Boos DNB06 is a true kitchen workhorse. Crafted from durable Northern Hard Rock Maple, this extra-long 10-foot surface offers an edge-grain design that absorbs impact, protects cutlery, and keeps ingredients within easy reach. The heavy-duty galvanized steel frame, adjustable bracing, and six-leg base provide unwavering stability, making this cutting board ideal for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and food-prep environments.

Key Features:

  • The tabletop is made from 1 3/4" thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple, a durable butcher-block material.
  • The tabletop has a food-safe penetrating oil finish, with a factory-sealed Varnique option also available.
  • The integrated 4" coved riser on the back and both ends helps prevent spills from going over the edge.
  • The work surface measures 120" L × 24" D, which is ideal for rolling dough or staging full sheet pans.
  • For units 7 feet and larger, the table has (6) 16 GA galvanized steel legs with galvanized gussets for added stability.
  • The height-adjustable 1 1/4" O.D. tubular side and rear bracing allows for custom clearance adjustments.
  • The table has 1" adjustable galvanized bullet feet to level the table on uneven floors.
  • The table ships in a knocked-down (KD) configuration for lower freight costs and assembles in minutes with the included hardware.
  • The table is NSF certified, making it suitable for regulated food-service environments.
